Hello team leaders,

Almost every week I come across a package that has accepted some PO
file directly from a translator.  Having to deal with this and sync
things up is wearing me out.  So in future I will no longer try to
discuss this with the package maintainer, but will send him or her
a simple message:

  You have accepted some PO files directly from translators, thus
  bypassing the Translation Project.  As it seems you no longer
  appreciate the services of the TP, your package has been dropped.

If you know of any package maintainer that has accepted PO files
outside of the TP, then please urge him or her to contact the TP
coordinators to get things straightened out and synced, because if
I encounter another such package I will simply drop it.

PS: Today fslint was dropped upon request of the maintainer, and
gnucash because of the maintainer's attitude.
