[Gnu] New: iso_3166_2-1.7 (2%, 4145 untranslated)

The TP-robot is happy to announce that a new PO file has been
integrated into the archives.  The file is available at:

In this file 130 messages are already translated, corresponding to 2%
of the original text size in bytes; 4145 messages still need some
work.

Nikola Smolenski is currently assigned for the translation.  Please
translate the remaining messages for the benefit of the users of the
Serbian language.
